<p>Olá,</p>
<p>Visitei o seu site e achei muito interessante.<br />
Fiz shiatsu em minha cidade e gostaria de saber se é normal sentir dor durante e no dia seguinte ao da sessão, ou se isso significa que ela não foi realizada adequadamente.</p>

<p>Ludmila&#8230;</p>
<p>Sentir <strong>dor durante a sessão</strong> de Shiatsu acontece, depende de variáveis como o desequilíbrio energético em determinados pontos.<br />
<strong>Dores musculares</strong> após o Shiatsu é natural ocorrer, principalmente se a pessoa não pratica atividades físicas. Se surgir algum outro tipo de dor, entre em contato com o shiatsuterapeuta para obter orientações.</p>

Para as pessoas com escoliose, lordose e outros praticar yoga auxilia muito no <strong>alívio de dores</strong>, e o fortalecimento do abdomem realizado nas práticas propicia sustentação para a coluna <strong>melhorando a postura</strong>.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>O <strong>escalda-pés</strong> é muito conhecido e utilizado por pessoas com mais idade como uma técnica para relaxar os pés e pode ser usada também para hidratar e deixá-los macios.</p>
<p>O método auxilia também no equilíbrio de alguns meridianos (linhas formadas por pontos de energia chamada Ki).</p>
<p>Escolha um creme hidratante de sua preferência e espalhe nos pés, exceto no meio dos dedos, e se desejar utilize também algum óleo essencial.</p>
<p>Coloque os pés em uma bacia com água morna com sal grosso (o sal grosso auxilia a manter a temperatura) ou sais com aromas, e vá acrescentando água quente bem aos poucos. </p>
<p>Permaneça em torno de 15 a 20 minutos.</p>
<p>Aproveite o momento para ficar consciente da sua respiração (tipo de respiração, ritmo, frequencia, percebendo o ar entrar e sair).</p>
